how to upload documents or pictures thru web email notification?
It is possible sir?
example when i create a ticket then then i want to upload a file to documents or pictures after done i create ticket. Then i will receive a ticket and a documents or pics thru email notification.

Not sure what you are looking for...
You can reply to a notification and add an email attachment which will then be added to the ticket.
But the actual documents won't get sent as attachments in a notification.
I can see this being useful...
