Hi everyone.
I am evaluating GLPI as a possible solution for our Helpdesk and i have several questions that i didnt find anwser in the forums or wiki.
The questions are:
1) Is it possible to close tickets with an email reply?
2) Can i import more Active Directory atributes than the ones mentioned here (http://www.glpi-project.org/wiki/doku.p … onfig:ldap) ?
3) Is it possible to have custom fields in glpi populated by the info mentioned in question 2?
