ticket from email from CC Header

Hi,

i have This problem, some people open try to open a ticket  using the mailgate address in CC.
I have adding a new  criteria in  file inc/rulemailcollector.class.php

$criterias['cc']['name']  = $LANG['mailing'][132].' : cc';
$criterias['cc']['table'] = '';
$criterias['cc']['type']  = 'text';

The criteria is adding correctly on tables,  but when i receive the email i not see the ticket.
There is some controll for the Header CC?
