I recently installed GLPI and find its functionality and scope to be superb. I am unable, however, to setup the email ticketing through the receiver setup page. I first had to install the php-imap extension, etc. which seemed to work properly, but now when I attempt to add a helpdesk@domain email it continues to say "connection failed" when I click "get email tickets now".
I am running the mail server on OS X Lion Server through Kerio mail service. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't use either OS X Lion Server or Kerio mail service.
Have you verified the connection options for your email server.
