Hi, i read many posts and i haven't found a solution at my problem:
i'm testing the version .83.31 and when i add a new ticket i can't send a mail to 2 or more users.
I tried with the colon and semicolon in the adress field but this hasn't worked; the possibility to have many addresses but only one active is useless for my purpose.
I would like to know if something is in progress for the next releases.
Thanks

You send a mail to an actor of the ticket.
You indicate recipients of a notification when you define your notification on the event
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version

Thank you for the answer but, sorry, I don't understand your answer; maybe i didn't explained my problem well.
I need that when I open 1 ticket I want a notification to both my email work address and my personal email address.
How could I do that?

You could create a 2nd user for yourself with your second address or create a forward rule in your email that forwards mail form GLPI to your second address.
Thanks,
Dan
