Hi,
can we create a satisfaction survey to the customers with questions and options to select them based on the category.
Say for example we have 5 different categories on which we can create tickets, i want each category to have different questions, when a ticket is created on 2nd category questions related to that category goes. we can have common questionnaire which goes to all tickets with category related questions.
Can anyone help on this regard ?
