Hello,
I would like to know how is the way to follow and control the task assigned by tickets, when I open a task and I plan it to some technician I can use 3 states (information - pending - ended), when it is pending and I assign it, the task appear in the technician plan, but I don see, how he add follows or end the task, I can see that if I grant modification permission to him, he could modify the state or the content of the task, but I think it don´t should be like this.
