Hello every body
I´m using glpi 0.83.8, and I want to use a automatic creation of tickets by mail, I already configure the mail server and test it succesfully, but I have this problems:
- when I prove the server mail sometimes it said that recover n messages and nothing appear in tickets.
- when I can get the tickets from mailgate I dont know why the mailgate doesnt bring all new messages, only the few last I send to prove the tool
- After a while proving I detect that the last mails arrived without description.
