How can a user make a cartridge request from a new ticket? I want to record one and every request to track the cartridges destination and I couldn't find the right way to do that.

Currently, I notice that if one raise a ticket, they can select the following under the "Associated element"
General
Computer
Monitor
Networking Device
Device
Phone
Printer
Software.
However, there are 2 types of inventory missing from the above list, which I list below:
Cartridges
Consumables
So, I was wondering how to raise ticket involving the 2 missing types.
