Hello. I've being responsable for the instalation and the modification of GLPI for the company I work and I have faced some problems about resolution time.
My boss wants to set a resolution time. I know there is a resolution time, which is the delay between the opening time and the resolution time of the ticket, but then we realised that there is a interval between the ticket opening and when the technician spots the ticket, so the resolution time that is available is not exactly the time that the technician spent on the resolution of the problem, and I need the exact time that was spent.
Is there a solution that you guys can share with me ?
