glpi mail receiver connection failed

hi all,
         i had just installed and configured glpi successfully , and many plugins are installed to work with glpi, but the problem is araised after that , while trying to connect with mail server am unable to do so, stucked with this in a few days , and not yet find any specific solutions,
    my issue is when am trying to connect with mail server(get email tickes now button) it says "connection failed"

also plaese find my attachment of screen shot of log and webpage for  this issue

also advice me how to pot the detailed logs for this issue
