No Permisssion for user to update ticked on ticket list.

when a regular user loggs in and goes to the ticket list on the simplified interface.
if the click the check box and then add a follow up they get
"You don't have permission to perform this action."
however if they go into the ticket and add afollowup it works fine?
Any clues

Exact version of glpi used, please ?
Have you message in error log (/files/php-error.log) ?
