automatically send Ticket Via Email

Hi Guys,

I've setup the Mail Receiver to retrieve emails from e.g. test@abc.com, and the connection is working when I clicked on Get Emails.
My question is how can I get GLPI to automatically retrieve these emails
Is there something that I miss out?
I would definitely appreciate if someone has a complete guide on this.

Look at  business rule for ticket opened by mail


CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
