Order Plugin Confirming Process

Hi Guys

I already wrote and Threat before, but no one answered. So i try it with another one.
I Need to know how the process for confirming orders is meant in this Plugin.

Example i create an order. Then it Needs to be confirmed by de CEO or someone else. In our ticketing Systems it works like ask Person for confirming. This Person gets a mail. and after can confirm it over the link sent by mail.
Now i want to do something like this in the order Plugin. Like asking for confirmation. User gets a mail confirm the order and then i can continue with the process of order.

Is this possible if yes. HOW? couldn't find any answers for it in this Forum.
