Unable to restore glpi from the sql dump

Hi,
     I have installed glpi 0.83.6 on ubuntu 11.10 server. I can take the backup of the glpi through sql dump, but when i try to restore the glpi through that sql dump the percentage gets stuck at 13%. I left the process for 1hr to see if there is any change in the percentage but the process wasnstill stuck at 13%. What may be the problem can anyone please give the solution. Thanks

mysql -u user -p database < file.dump.sql
