When I create a problem and try to link an existing ticket to that problem, I get a dropdown with a list of all of the tickets that have been created on my install of GLPI.
At the moment, this isn't a huge issue as the list isn't so long and we can find the tickets we want to link, but in the not too distant future, we will have had so many tickets that this list will become too long and we won't easily be able to find the tickets we want to link.
In the same way, if I create a ticket and try to link it to an existing problem, I get a list of all the problems that I've ever created too.
Is there any way that I can restrict these drop down lists to only show tickets and problems that are open - ie anything that is not solved or closed?
