Exchange 2010 delete Email
Hello,
the Ticket EMail will delete from the Inbox. They are not in the the delete object trash. Is it possible that glpi only move the mail to the trash folder?

Nothing to do with GLPI but can't you make a rule on your exchange to copy all incomming mails into the GLPI mailbox to an other mailbox? A server side rule then.
