How to set printer as linked item to ticket

Hello,

if I create a ticket with glpi, I can only set computers, phones, software and general as linked items.

I want to also to link network devices, printers,users etc... all the stuff I get from OCSNG and Active Directory.

Is there a way to set up what is visible to that linked devices?

You can define it for each profile.

Let's say you want it for "Normal" profile:

1) go to Administration > Profiles , TAB : Assistance.
2) In the list "Linkable items to a ticket :" CTRL - CLICK on Printer to add it.
