Open tickets by email

Hi everybody,
I have glpi version 0.80.5 and I've configured it to register tickets by email and it works fine, but "User - Request" and "Opened by"  is always  the user Normal. My ask is the following:

Would be possible to configure glpi and "User-request" and "Opened by" will be diferent to User Normal?

Works ok. The problem was that user Normal had the same email address that the user whose was sending the email.
