Hello,
I may have missed this somewhere in the forums, but we are currently trying to report our SLA compliance to our company on HelpDesk resolutions broken down by the Tier Levels we've outlined. I have not been able to locate an option in our version of GLPI (most recent version without plug-ins) to generate these reports. Is there an available script or hidden option to find this data? I have super-admin access and still have not been able to locate a search filter option under the "Statistics" category that will provide me with this information.
