Customer Survey on GLPI

Hi everybody,

I would like to implement a simple customer survey on GLPI 0.72.
so when a technician close a ticket a mail will be sent automaticaly to the user to ask him if he is happy with the resolution or not.

and of course collect answers to Report them.

I'm completely new on GLPI and I do not know where to look for.

this kind of survey is available in the lastest version of GLPI ( now 0.83.4).
To my mind , no further developpement will be done for version 0.72 which is an old one.
