Hello. I am running version 0.83.4 and I have the mailgate set to update every 10 minutes.
The problem is that the ticket emails are not being sent to the technicians automatically. This did work at one point and is now very sporadic. If I click EXECUTE manually, all works fine. Any thoughts??

Got it figured out. Run Mode was set to GLPI...changed it to CLI and all is working fine now.
