Re: Help with plugin "Reports"

You may have to create your own reports.  Do a search here and you'll get a good starting point.  I had to ask a lot of help on this one too.  I created a few basic custom reports.  So if you really get stuck, I might be able to help in more detail.

Thanks,
Dan

Me too, so don't be afraid of doing a little bit of PHP.

Re: Help with plugin "Reports"

Best way is to look at the existing php files, try creating your own based on the docs: https://forge.indepnet.net/projects/rep … eateReport

When you get stuck, ask specific questions and users here can try to help.

Good luck!

Thanks,
Dan

Re: Help with plugin "Reports"

I did start to write some reports using iReport, but changes to the main database schema with new versions of GLPI made it too much work to keep revising the reports.

Having some standard database views would be a step in the right direction and would make it easy to maintain a list of standard report queries.

I may do some more reporting in the near future and will share any work.

Re: Help with plugin "Reports"

That is what we need to have, a public place to post user created report files.
IE: the plugins page, for new reports.  (does this already exist?)

Thanks,
Dan
