Automatic Ticket Updating

Thought I had this fixed but here is my dilemma...

When a ticket is submitted I can manually get the email by Home >Setup >Receivers 'get email tickets now'.  I have the automatic actions set a cron job running every 5 minutes but the system will not update automatically. 

If I do it manually, it updates right away.

I am using 0.83.2 and Centos5.  Thanks

I would still lean towards the mailgate action settings or the crontask settings.
