Showing errors while receiving, Couldn't open stream

Hi,

I am using GLPI 0.80.5 version from past 6 months and all was working fine and good.

but from 2 days back, my receiver stopped working, and displaying errors like below

orion:/srv/www/htdocs # tail -1000 /srv/www/htdocs/glpi/files/_log/php-errors.log

I dint change anything either i changed password and updated but still its saying connection failed.
also i tried configuring with the email clients like thunderbird and  outlook to connect the server,
it connects in thunderbird, and all the mails are present. But It is not updating/receiving  in glpi as tickets.

Please help.

Which email server do you use? Exchange?
Do you use Windows login?
Has something changed on the email server itself?

Which email server do you use? Exchange?
Do you use Windows login?
Has something changed on the email server itself?

Hi,

I use exchange server.
But i dint get about windows login??? what is that???
i have configured Thunderbird email client on my desktop with the same server connections( IMAP ), i am able to login and retrieve mails in Thunderbird
but not throubh glpi(receivers), its not connecting to the server through glpi receivers, getting a error like connection failed.

and i dint change anything but the password, also i have updated in receivers too.

Though it worked all fine for past 6months. got problem all of a sudden. .
