BUG: default status on "add task" to ticket is ignoring MySQL (0.83.2)

Hello,
i switched from 0.78 to 0.83.2, after that I noticed that when I add a task to an ticket the value STATUS is now "Information".
The default value in MySQL (table tickettasks) for state is 1 (= TO DO) so GLPI is now ignoring this.
We have now alot of tasks with status "information", and nobody is solving any tasks...
please fix!

Sorry, but: How do you filter task with status = to-do?
