Add hostname item

When I adding a new network inteface there is this item :

Port number :    
Name :    
Interface :
IP :    
MAC :    
Mask :    
Gateway :    
Subnet :    
Network outlet :

How can I add an item like "hostname" associated to this interface/ip

I've triyng to use name , but in the inventory visualization this not appear .

Please help .
