I email a new ticket request.
The requester is updated with my email address, but it doesn't show my GLPI user account. Which means I cannot see the ticket.
It is not showing listed as My Ticket.
How can I get the email address linked to the GLPI user account?
- LDAP is setup and working.

I *think* I have a solution...
I have updated LDAP with the proper email address (not an alias) and it seems to be working.
Does anyone know what happens if you add a 2nd email address to a user?
Will that user get a notification sent to each email address?

When multiple addresses, the selected as "default" one will be used for notification
