Alert on "Ticket not closed" do not found any of the open tickets

Hello there,

I`m using the wonderful glpi since 2 months. I have some not-closed tickets - (new and in processing).
The function "alertnotclosed" do not found any open ticket. The mailconfiguration is fine (cartridge alerts
are sent). The script (task) ist running fine, automatic and manually but do not find any ticket.
GLPI version testet: 0.83.0, 0.83.1, 0.83.2, 0.84.

Exemple Tickets:
Entity             Status                         Last update             Opening date   
Root entity     New                         25-05-2012 13:44     25-05-2012 13:44
Root entity     New                         25-05-2012 10:54     13-04-2012 08:24
Root entity     Processing (assigned) 16-04-2012 16:00     16-04-2012 09:45

The protocol entry is:
Date                           Total duration       Number                   Description
14-06-2012 15:49    0.053 seconds       0          Action completed, no processing required

My questions are:
Had have any other user (same) problems with alertnotclosed ? Have you solved the issue ?
What kind of prerequisites are necessary for "alert ticket not closed" or should it work without
any problems "fresh out of the box" ?

I really do not know why the function will not found any open tickets, if you have an advice please tell me,

Hi,

I have found it.

It was my fault, the configuration was wrong. May it help anyone:

Administration / Entities / Notifications / Alarms options: Alerts on tickets which are not solved since (xx) Days.

The days setting was set to "never".
After changing the parameter to 3 Days, its working fine now.
