Hello,
sorry if i'm not using the right translation for this point in the rule engine for creating tickets by incoming
emails.
What i want to do is the following:
Check the incoming email for keywords, create tickets in special entities.
I configured the rules and it works.
If no keyword matches i want the system to send a email response back with a description of the supported keywords.
I don't know where to change the notification message for this special case.
I can see many predefined notification in setup->notification->templates, but which one would be used ?

This is the only mail which doesn't use any template (hard-coded)

Hi Remi
If the message is hard coded, are we possibly able to make changes in the code to suit a better message being sent out to the requester.
I'm currently using GLPI 0.83.1 on a FreeBSD system.
