Can not remove/uninstall Plugins

I have 3 plugins that are not removing.  advanceddashboard, oauthsso, and GLPI Agent config.  Uninstall option returns "Operation was done but no action was required".  Directory is clean of these Plugins.  How do I remove them?

Did you try reinstalling them to see if it lets you?

I can't find that text in the GLPI source code. Is this a translation of the message that was shown? Where these plugins installed manually or through the marketplace?
