Problem in the relationship between documents

Good morning,

Does anyone know why in management -> Documents if I create two files test1 and test2 if I add Test1 to "management -> Documents -> Documents" in the test2 document when I go to "management -> Documents -> Documents" in test1 There is a link to Test1, that is, to itself and if I delete it, I also delete the Test2 link to Test1 that I created initially.
