Disable email notification when ticket created
Hello, I would like to disable for some ticket I create with API Rest (during création so user not have any notification).
I tried use_notification = 0 but notification are enable (no error during ticket création).
I'm sure it is the correct property because if I change it on the GUI and do a GET API i get use_notification: 0
Could someone help me please?

Try setting "_disablenotif" property to 1 instead. This is a special flag that should suppress notifications.
