Hello
Do you know if there's a possibility to assign only one person to the ticket responsible for realization?
If yes, how to change a person assigned, without making two steps (deleting existing and then adding new)?
What i want to achive is always only one person/group responsible for a ticket, without cases when many people are assigned to the ticket or anyone assigned to the ticket.
Thanks for the response.
Greetings.

No, now GLPI is multi technicians
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache

I have a similiar issue. When you wish to scalate a ticket to another group/tech you must use this 2 steps (delete existing and add new), and when you need to scalate 30+ times each day it makes the process slower .
any chance to make/implement this as a global option?
Like, a dropdown on glpi setup to config multi technicians yes/no? or multi groups yes/no?
Another way to make this allow the creation of rules with a structure:
assign user > unassign > current user/userY
assign group > unassign > current group/group X
Or have a option/tab in the Ticket form to scalation, that allow to scalate (assign) a ticket to another group/tech and unassign from the current group/tech.
