how to hide / modify satisfaction survey questions in GLPI ?

Is this from a plugin? The only thing that shows on the internal satisfaction survey is "Satisfaction with the resolution of the Ticket" and a rating option.

Yes I am talking about th internal satisfaction survey. In fact I want to keep the comment field and to modify the rating field "Satisfaction with the resolution of the Ticket" . I have modify TicketSatisfaction.php ---> showSatisactionForm() . Any suggestion pls ?
