Hi everyone!
The Mailanalyzer plugin, responsible for creating tickets by email, has not been updated for a long time. In my company, I need to create a ticket by email and when people involved in the email reply to it on Outlook, it creates an answer in the ticket. Currently, I can create a ticket by email, however, when a user answers to the email, it automatically creates a new ticket, not an answer within the ticket. Is there a way to implement this by coding or in another way? Thanks!
