Formcreator and Windows Remote Assistance

Hi

I am sending in the form in the ticket description field the link: msra://##answer_12##

where the answer is the hostname field. After creating the ticket, I see a link, but in the form: denied:msra://host_IP

Why is the denied prefix added?

Hi

The denied prefix is added by a 3rd party library in GLPI, in a process to secure HTML from rich text area. I think you will observe the same problem if you create a ticket containing such link without Formcreator.

I don't know any workaround so far.
