if the technician sends the form it is automatically added as "Assigned to". I don't know if it's a plugin problem or something in GLPI itself. If the user submits the form - everything is OK. But when the same form is used by a technician - it is automatically assigned to the request. I don't see what setting would be responsible for this.
I checked in the form settings > Target > Actors > "Assigned to" is empty
I checked front/ruleticket.php < I don't see the action responsible for this.
