Ticket Templates

Hi all,

I am new here and was wondering if there is any way to add custom fields in the ticket template.  I've found out that is it possible to put some fields on hidden status but I do not find a way to add custom fields.  Is this possible within GLPI or is everyone just working with the standard template?

for now I've found a workaround by making the description-field an predefined field, however it would be nice if we could add custom fields.  Does anybody know if this is a possibiltiy (now or future releases).

No, you can't add custom fields in the ticket  template of GLPI
