How-to: Disable GLPI MODE DEBUG

I'm unable to figure out how to disable debug mode.

I've set the following = Use GLPI in Mode : Normal with no success.

Below is my current version, I hope this is an easy answer. I've scoured the forums, documentation, and Wiki with no success. Is there a file or other setting that I can look at or log to post in order to troubleshoot?
