Supplier ticket registration
I to everybody, i'm new in this forum...
I have a question about GLPI plugin.
Sometime I need to sign the technical intervention report of my suppliers. (date of intervention, hours, Technician, specification of intervent, etc...)
I not finded any base functionality or plug-in that permit this. 
can you help me to find something like it?

For which version of glpi ?
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
