Good Afternoon.
Is there any way, maybe there is and I'm not finding, to send a tickets from a Technician in one entity to another Technician in another entity if they doesn’t have access for each other entity to look after...?
Regards.
Ps: Congratulations... this release 83.1 is excellent.

No it is not possible. Entities are hermectic things. Or just put right to the technician to the other entity.
In our enterprise we have global technician which are affected to the root entity with recursive rights for such purpose

Thanks MoYo.
I understand the hermetic thing. And it is really a good thing...
Not rarely technicians on my office address open tickets that belongs from a different site... in another address
Users post-only ok, belongs to root entity... and appears everywhere.
Technicians need to be separated in entity. Causing this behavior... Tickets opened placed on technician entity.
(each office-address is an entity)
Do you have any suggestions of what could I be doing to treat cases like that...? I was wondering a way to send the ticket across this fence. A TAB or something...
Regards.
