Problems with email

Please, in the company I work, I have configured the tool GLPI, is set according to business needs. When generating a user an incidence, this incidence is routed to all technicians of the unit of technologies, and the correct way would be only the technician assigned Route, because that way it is configured.

Please if anyone can help me.

You can choose who should receive notifications through:
Setup>Notifications>Notifications>New ticket
Then remove "group in charge of the ticket"
