Notifiaction of update ticket by mail

Hi,
I m new to GLPI and i have the Following problem :

When someone open a ticket by mail, he get a notification (by mail) one minute after, and when i close the ticket, same thing, he get the end ticket notification.

BUT, when, in GLPI, i update (i awser) to a ticket, the personne who open the ticket dont receive any mail at all.

My rules r corrects, my template too... what can i do ?

glpi verions ?
Server type (windows/linux ?)
check if emails are in notification queue.
if yes : check automatic actions : queuednotifications   => witch mode ? CLI or GLPI ?
