I've done some googling not much luck. The documentation says "There may be a server/agent communication issue: check you can reach the agent port (62354 by default) from the server host." Any more info on how to do this exactly?
Anymore troubleshooting tips will help.
Thank you.

Nothing yet. However, the tasks do start but only every Thursday of the week. I am now trying to troubleshoot that.

Do you have any kind of configuration on schedule stard or preparation timeslot?
Try letting those parameters to blank then :
Force Start
Force an inventory on the agent itself
