Notification on assignment

Hi there!

i'm new to glpi and have a question on notifications:

* If a ticket is created, a mail should be sent to the requester. thats working
* If a ticket is closed, a mail should be sent to the requester. thats working

but

* if an assignment (technician) changes, i want to inform this guy on the new ticket. at the moment, i've solved this via "update ticket - notification". but with this, every update is emailed to the technician. i want just to inform of new assignments.

how to solve this?

best regards,
Jörg

Re: Notification on assignment

i've solved this via "update ticket - notification

This is the current workaround.

You can also try the Behaviors plugin which provides some new notification (among "new technician")

Re: Notification on assignment

thx for this info!

i've already installed the behaviours plugin, but i can't find anything as you mentioned ("new technician") in setup / general/ behaviours.

GLPI 0.80.7
behaviours 0.80.3

do i have to update to newest?

regards,
Jörg

Re: Notification on assignment

I will release behaviors 0.80.7 and 0.83.1, probably next week
(else you need to take a svn snapshot)
