Plugin Order 1.5.1

Hi

I've upgraded the GLPI 0.80.0 to 0.80.5, (windows 2003 server Ocsng) all done without problem.

After I've upgrated  the plugin Order version 1.3.0 to 1.5.1 this upgraded as failed:

Checking their Developer area: https://forge.indepnet.net/projects/show/order/, it looks like they fixed a bug for SQL Reference errors, which might include yours.  When 1.5.2 comes out in a new release, I do not know.  (There's another bug they appear to be working on for the same version, if that gets solved too, it may be sooner than later.)

yes it was already fixed
I've got some other fix to do before releasing a new minor version

I've the same problem to upgrade the Glpi plugin order 1.4.0 to 1.5.2 :

Modification du schéma - glpi_plugin_order_references ( 5 Sec(s))
Duplicate entry '0-PluginOrderReference-5' for key 'unicity'

Do i upgrade the plugin 1.4.0 to 1.5.0 and 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 ?
