I'm using glpi 0.80
Currently when a ticket comes in we assign it to a technician and click update.
As it stands, we can add a followup, then click add. Then we have to assign it to a tech, choose solved, then click update.
Under solutions, you can input a solution and click update, which changes it to solved, BUT, you can't assign a technician in the same step.
In the case that a ticket comes in that we have already solved, we want to be able to assign it to the tech, input what was done in the followup, and change the status to solved with one click.
Is there any way to streamline this process to one step/click?

I would like to see things streamlined quite a bit myself. I fight the urge for quick tickets not to even use glpi because it is too many steps.
