Warranty Expiration (ver 0.80)

I am looking to set up warranty expiration alarms for computers.

Under Financial Information I have set the following.

Date of Purchase: 2009-06-09
Startup date: 2009-06-09
Warranty duration: 24 months
Warranty ends value: 6.09

Under Automatic Actions "infocom" the following is set.

Run Frequency: 1 minutes
Status: Scheduled
Run Mode: GLPI
Run Period: 0->24
Logs Stored: 30 Days

When I "Execute" infocom, the action is completed but no alarm is sent. Under the logs for infocom the number or processed items is always 0.

Why are alarms not being generated when the computer warranty is set to expire tomorrow?
How many days before a warranty expiration will the alarm trigger, same day, 1 week prior, 1 month prior?

Re: Warranty Expiration (ver 0.80)

I've upgraded to .80 and the issue still persists.

As of my findings, the alarm is generated on the day the warranty expires. But then it's working, if i set: the warranty expiration in "financial and administrative informations" section of a Computer and activate alarms in the "Alert and email followups and alerts configuration" secition at Setup->Notifcations.

I'm wondering at the moment, how to make GLPI send notifications prior the warranty expiration, say, a month ahead.

I would also like this. Got any answer on that?

Re: Warranty Expiration (ver 0.80)

In 0.83 you must parameter your entity (tab notifications)

CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6  - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version
Certifiée ITIL (ITV2F, ITILF, ITILOSA)
