GLPI/OCS Multiple machine entries

hi,
Im using the glpi cvs version from the 31st of jan and I am running in to a problem with multiple entries appearing. I have checked the ocs database and it only has 1 entry for certain machines but glpi so far has up to 4, and is also generating blank entries for these machines.

Any ideas?
